1. Since all merchandise is provided for the use in custom fabrication we will not be responsible for merchandise that has been altered in any way by the customer. If you cut it, drill it, bend it, notch it, etc., you own it. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be authorized in advance. If items are bought as part of a kit (ie, doors, fenders, fender flares) then all items must be returned as a kit; partial returns will not be accepted.

2. No returns on custom bending jobs where specifications are provided by the customer.

3. Shipping to return goods is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you place an order with us or fill out our customer feedback form, you are transmitting the information that appears to you in the form or the message. And this is always your option; this information cannot be collected unless you specifically elect to send it to us. The information is primarily used to improve our site for the purpose of better serving our valued customers. Occasionally we will use the information to send our customers an e-mail announcement. This e-mail may contain new product introductions and/or exclusive offers specifically tailored for the vehicles they own.
