Like the flat fender look and the durability of tube fenders but don't like the price?  Ever thought to yourself "I could build those if it weren't for the tube"?  Here is the answer to your problem.

Let us bend the tubes and you do the rest.  We supply the upper and side tubes bent in a similar way to the Poison Spyder tube fenders and you supply the flat plate to complete the fenders.  Some trimming and notching will be necessary so you can get a great fit and or a custom look.

We use 1.50" ERW tube with a .120 wall thickness.

If you have the ability to fabricate and weld then build your own at a fraction of the cost of the commercial products.

This kit is for the off-roader that desires more clearance for snaking through rocks and trees. Similar in content to our standard Tube Fender Kit it includes 4 sections of 1.5"x.120" tube that you cut, notch, and trim to fit your rig. Add whatever sheet metal you want and and you have the look and clearance of the serious off-road machine for considerably less money than the commercially available tube fenders. For obvious reasons this kit is not intended to be used with our Front Flare kit and may not be street legal in your State.

Flares are bent using 1.5"dia. ERW tube and can be made to provide up to a maximum of 8" of coverage for larger tire widths.  Tubes will need to be trimmed or notched to fit.  Please speicify for TJ or YJ when ordering.  Not intended for use with Narrow Fender kit listed above.

Our rear flares are approximately the same size and shape as the stock TJ flare and can be welded to a "crusher corner" or heavy guage sheet stock trimmed and drilled to fit the original flare mounting location. The standard width is 8" (they can be trimmed for less coverage and wider coverage is available on request) and they will allow at least an extra 2 inches or so of tire clearance over the stock flares. Mounting options are numerous as they can be raised for even more tire clearance, moved back if you've extended your wheel base and can be ordered up to 2 inches longer for larger tires at no extra charge. Made from 1.5" x .120 ERW they are a perfect match to our front flares so now there is no need to run the stock, plastic rear flares with your front tube fenders anymore. $100 pair
